Warranty

• Softouch phones Products are fully tested to the highest standards and quality Assurance.
• Our Warranty is a 6-Months back to base hardware warranty which covers any defects or faults accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
• Warranty void if the phone has been dropped, physical damage, misused or liquid damaged.
• Warranty void for Repair, modification on the device that is not carried out by our Store or Technicians.
• Warranty excludes software, third party apps, software upgrades, viruses, malware, or software modifications.
• The devices battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 80% or less of its quoted capacity.
• We cannot warrant general battery degrade that occurs naturally.
• All warranties commence from the date of the receipt and must be accompanied by the receipt or an equivalent proof of purchase such as a bank/credit card statement at time of claim.
• In the case of returned phones, all phones must be returned in their original condition without any passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other locks. The Warranty Claim Cannot be process for locked phones.
• Softouch Phones will assure you to assess all warranty claims quickly. The process time for warranty claims may take up to Five business days on some occasions
• You are entitled to a solution if the product does meet the consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.
• The solution will depend on whether the defect is minor or major.
• If your device has a minor defect, we will repair the device within a reasonable time.
• If your device is not repairable by us and has a major defect, you can choose to have it replaced or receive a refund.
• We do not accept change of Mind Refunds.
• Refunds will only be issued once the locked device has been unlocked.
• We offer Extended Warranty for our devices; the additional warranty is based on the same terms and conditions of the above original warranty.
